Connecting the residential area of Port Bastok with the rest of the zone, allowing adventurers to cross the Dalha River.
The scourge of all Bastokans until Home Point crystals allowed for convenient transportation around Vana'diel. Every time an adventurer would attempt to cross it, they would be pushed back for it to rise and they would have to wait for an airship to pass through.
