Walkthrough

Travel to Mine Shaft #2716 and check the Shaft Entrance for a cutscene. There are several ways to reach this zone: Use the Home Point (Newton Movalpolos #1) - You should have this from when you came here for Promathia Mission 5-3. Trade a Snow Lily to Tarnotik at (K-10) in Oldton Movalpolos and he will warp you there. Gamble with Twinkbrix at (E-13) in Oldton Movalpolos until you win the Shaft 2716 operating lever, then pay him 2000 more gil to warp you there. The old fashioned (super-long) way of walking through Newton Movalpolos and operating the furnace hatches. This requires at least 3 people. Head to the Metalworks and speak with Cid. *Wait for a new Vana'diel day and speak with Cid again to begin the next mission. Notes This was the last mission in the second CoP mission update. While Cid is repairing the airship, finishing Rise of the Zilart Missions is recommended to help understand the last chapters of this story.
