- Speak with Carmelo to begin quest and receive the key item: "Chanson de Liberte"
- Travel to H-8 of The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah to locate a ??? (middle of the pos)
- Outpost Warp is the quickest way to get here.
- Touch the ??? between 16:00-18:00 in-game time to complete quest.
