Cause
This error occurs after POL-4001 for some ISPs after being logged in for some amount of time (half an hour?)
Resolution
- Go to the PlayOnline launcher (first screen before logging in)
- Select "Network Settings"
- Enable "Network Connection Check"
- Save and log in
