Walkthrough
- Talk to Nantoto at (H-8) in Lower Jeuno.
- Choose the "Rainbow Envelope".
- Use an Ouka Ranman in the same location you chose in the Petals of Recollection objective.
- If you do not remember where that was, go to Geuhbe at Lower Jeuno G-9 and choose Jeuno Quests 2 > To Kill Mocking Birds (pt. 3). If you want to skip through all the text, the location is mentioned in the fourth to last bit of dialogue by "???".
