Post-update testing
After the update where SE made Song +1 a 10% boost, I re-tested this.
- Advancing March+0 with Haste (150/1024) makes Deodorize give a 5 second recast, so the potency is at least 107/1024.
- Advancing March+0 makes Klimaform give a 161 second recast, so the potency is at most 108/1024
- Advancing March+0 and Honor March +4 (174/1024) gives Jettatura a 116 second recast, so the potency is at least 108/1024.

Skill Cap
- 389 Singing Skill with no instrument on BRD/WHM - Reraise has a 55 second recast
- 397 Singing Skill with no instrument on BRD/WHM - Reraise has a 54 second recast
