So yeah... SE either mistranslated that text or flat out lied, because it's day 2 and I'm still trading this bastard coffee to try to get my damn frame done. Looks like all they did was change it from JP midnight to in game midnight... --Tarage (talk) 20:42, 2 December 2017 (EST)

Just to add clarity to what the above is about. SE recently released in the September 11th 2017 update that frame upgrades would take one game day regardless of the item used. It would appear that instead of 2-5 real life days it is now 2-5 game days based on the item traded with the same process of feeding coffee.

I can not independently confirm this, but it seems multiple reports from players leads me to believe this is the case. --Spicyryan (talk) 09:56, 4 December 2017 (EST)

"Lv 40" head crated doing the following: Traded 2 Imp. mythril coins, Stone IV scroll, and Black Puppet Turban. Waited 1 game day, and talked to Ghatsad right as the new game day started. He basically said all was going well and was tired. I then traded him 1 Imperial Coffee. Then I waited 1 more game day, and he handed over the new head.

I was able to immediately trade him 4 imp. mythril coins, cure V, and the White puppet turban ("lv 50", I did these back to back at lv99). The next game day, give him a coffee, wait yet another game day, and he will hand you over the head.
