Since Grand Grenade will grow with large damage (WS/Spell or high damage), can whittle it down using a job like a mid-tier equipped THF.
Using non-meleeing Trusts such as a team of Yoran-Oran, Joachim, Ulmia, Koro-Moru, and Brygid it's a snooze for 100% - 30%.
Once he starts to grow, one or two good WS will knock him out before he can start doing high damage.
RUN/DRK + COR/WAR duo
Trust: Sylvie, Koru-Moru, Kupipi, Matsui-P
Spam Blade: Shun → Savage Blade → Dimidiation and it dies from bullying very quickly.
BLU Solo
Mlvl 20 BLU with Tizona. RUN sub. Used Joachim, Qualtada, Yoran Oran, Koru Moru.
First attempted I just melee'd it to death, that was boring but safe. After that I slapped on barfira, DT gear, Unda etc, and just went hard with WS'ing. As long as I was in DT gear for spells / WS's going off, I was fine. Hellstorm hitting for 900-1200 in full DT gear. --Nil (talk) 22:16, 6 October 2025 (UTC)
