Steadily builds evasion even if Rhino Guard is dispelled. May be a level up effect caused by Rhino Guard? --Dibstaru (talk) 16:05, 5 October 2019 (EDT)

It seems to be physical evasion only, as there is no level up animation and I had no issues with magical accuracy. Further notes:

  • Has significant Fast Cast;
  • Is resistant or immune to Silence, but not to Stun or other enfeebling magic;
  • Can gain a strong Gravity aura. When I fought him it appeared after Rhino Attack and later disappeared temporarily, possibly connected to staggering;
  • Stagger icons I saw were blue and red, unsure of any difference;
  • Can use Invincible.

Gulltop is tricky to solo with Trusts because of frequent Sleepga and Silencega. Trust healers will also foil your cunning plan of poisoning yourself. Rhinowrecker can comfortably one-shot those not equipped with tanking gear. I fought him a few times as BLU/WAR and the Trust setup I liked most was August, Apururu, Koru-Moru, Shantotto II and ArkTT. August uses a lot of special abilities that seemed to help stagger him, which did seem to make for the smoothest fights. You can use other PLDs, but make sure they wake Apururu after Sleepga. Casters also help stagger and can save your fight if Gulltop's evasion becomes too high. Paralyze is great as it will eat a few of his many -ga spells. He does not hit particularly fast or hard, apart from Rhinowrecker, so it's relatively safe to unload a lot of damage at the start, as long as you're careful towards the end. --Eithin (talk) 18:14, 6 June 2021 (EDT)
