Spawn Conditions
- Lottery spawn from the Phasma and himself around F-6 on both the Eleventh and Twelfth Floors; it can spawn at either location.
- There are up to 5 Phasma that can spawn between the two floors. To find the placeholder for Ixtab all you need to do is count the Phasma.
- If there are 3 Phasma on one floor, then one of them is the placeholder. If there are only 2 Phasma on that floor, then the placeholder is on the other floor. Once you find the floor that has the 3 Phasma kill all of those and wait for them to repop (16 minutes).
- Either Ixtab or the Phasma placeholder will pop on one of the two floors. If Ixtab did not pop, just count the Phasma again and repeat.
