Can use Manafont + Kaustra above 50% in the Alternative Battlefield. In the several times I've attempted the fight on BLU/RUN, have seen it used around 65% twice. --Septentaru (talk) 19:38, 23 April 2025 (UTC)
Alternative Battlefield version beaten with little difficulty by Tizona BLU/WAR, Yagrush WHM/SCH, Cornelia, Apururu, Monberaux, and Qultada. WHM's priority is Cursna above all else. The mythics were useful, but a Naegling BLU and NQ WHM should be able to beat this as well. --Aliekber (talk) September 2022
Alternative Battlefield solo by Naegling BLU/RUN with average mixed Ayanmo+2, Malignance, Adhemar and Herculean gears. Fast Cast, DT, SIR set and standard DD spell set. Used Yoran-Oran, Cherukiki, Kupipi, Koru-Moru, Ajido-Marujido. Double Lux runes (Ignis could be better), BarBlizzard and BarParalyse to avoid paralyse. Couple of second after start Koru-Moru died from a Doom. However all four other trusts stayed away from doom range during all fight. Yoran was quick on cursna and I used only 3 Holy water during a 5 minutes fight. Not getting paralysed was a key for thing to go rather smoothly. Spammed Savage Blade. -- Atilas (talk) October 2023
Alternative Battlefield trio by Tizona BLU/RUN, BRD/WHM, GEO/WHM with trusts Yoran-Oran, Koru-Moru, and Monberaux. Very little difficulty this time around, first time doing this fight when it was released going after Cruel Joke and the clear went x3 BLU and only won by pure luck. This time GEO did Geo-Haste, Indi-Fury, Entrust Fend, Bard did 3 Minuets since GEO was capping magic haste, BLU/RUN 2x Lux, Barblizzard and Barparalyze. After buffs, BLU runs in and builds 3,000 TP and then just Expiacion spam. the GEO and BRD got doomed once each, but between holy waters and cursna from Yoran-Oran it was taken care of quickly. Was able to do this as DRG/WAR (changed from /RDM lol). 355 JP, Ambu+2 gear, Shining One weapon, Murky Ring, Alabaster Earring, Defending Ring. Was a bit annoying cause making sure trusts aren't pulling hate (why I went /war for provoke and other stats are nice), having enough holy water just in case, and keep trusts away from Doom range. Was still a bit wonky. Didn't help I was derp and 2 hour'd for funzies and forgot Call Wyvern was down so was without my wyvern pal for the last 20% :P Still, not too bad, just annoying more so than Rancibus and Putraxia.
Definitely bring a stack or two of holy waters. Monb, Apururu (or any WHM with Cursna/good heals), Qultada, Arciela, and Joachim were my trusts. --Elemmire (talk) May 2026
