Actually each set piece LOWERS the Martial Arts delay by 4 after 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th. So it should read : "Martial Arts -4, -8, -12, -20 when 2, 3, 4, 5 pieces equipped respectfully" or something like that. Doesn't RAISE M.Arts by 4 as shown here. Please fix
