Three out of four of my alts were able to pick up Ethereal Ingress after checking the Etched Rock in Reisenjima. Still working on figuring out why only 1/4 alts are unable to move/check the portals, but are all on the same exact mission doing the same exact process and procedures. - Update...Zoning out and back in allowed my alt to start picking up the portals.
