I took the mine gravel to the machine in advance (during rank 1), turned it into the sand they wanted, played all the CS in order (this includes the dept of industry an the galka in the dining hall or w/e) an the npc was still willing to accept the sand without going back to the mine for the Sandoria-Bastok side. --Waterdust (talk) 09:53, 1 June 2025 (UTC)
