Critical Hit Rate Testing
It's difficult to do a controlled critical hit rate test in Salvage, but repeating the same exact SSR run twice yielded similar critical hit rate results. Judging by other equipment of the time and the results of this test, it seems likely that this "Increases critical hit rate" is not very substantial. -Byrthnoth 17:50, 24 October 2011 (EDT)
