Notes

• Effect is granted to any party member within 10' of the Avatar.
• Potency of favor builds over time and is reset any time the avatar is defeated or dismissed.
  • "Favor Potency+" Tier increases by one every 9s tock until the potency is capped, only the capped potency per skill tier is displayed below.
    • Cap is determined by Summoning Magic Skill and currently equipped "Avatar's Favor"+ from gear and the 550 Job Point Gift (Avatar's Favor Effect).
      • Each "Avatar's Favor +1" increases maximum potency by 1 tier, regardless of your current summoning skill tier.
        • Current maximum obtainable potency is at the 735+ skill tier +6 bonus tiers.
  • Using a Blood Pact will "charge" the current potency of Favor.
    • The more MP that is consumed by the Blood Pact, the greater the increase, with Blood Pact: Rages increasing the potency more than Blood Pact: Wards.
  • Maximum Favor potency depends on the skill cap tier of the avatar. Max value charge times are displayed below without using any blood pacts.
    • Maximizing the Job Point category for Avatar's Favor will reduce this by 1 minute.
• The Avatar does not receive the effects of Favor.

Effect on the Summoner

• While this ability is active, Avatar Perpetuation Cost is increased by 25% (floored) after subtracting perpetuation cost equipment.
  • Formula: Perpetuation Cost during Avatar's Favor = FLOOR( (Avatar Base Cost - Equipment) × 1.25 )
  • Spirits are unaffected.
  • Avatar's Favor will be free of cost if your adjusted Perpetuation Cost is less than 4: e.g. FLOOR ( 3 × 1.25 ) = 3.
    • For Carbuncle and Cait Sith, favor is free at -8 Perpetuation Cost equipment or better, up to -10.
    • For Fenrir and Siren, favor is free at -10 Perpetuation Cost equipment or better, up to -12.
    • For the 6 element avatars and Diabolos, favor is free at -12 Perpetuation Cost equipment or better, up to -14.
  • Increasing the favor potency does not change the cost.
• Avatar's Favor decreases Blood Pact Ability Delay up to 10 seconds, scaling with the current potency.
  • Currently, the maximum reduction is 10 seconds, at Skill Tier 13's cap (20th Favor Potency+ tier).
  • Without using Blood Pacts to speed up charging, -1 Blood Pact Delay is granted after each 18 seconds until reaching a summoning skill cap tier.
