Walkthrough
- Speak with Merleg at (H-11) in Western Adoulin, located near the Rent-a-Room Waypoint.
- Get Ionis from Fleuricette at (D-8) in Western Adoulin, near the Pioneers' Coalition Waypoint.
- If the effect is already active, you will complete the quest in the same dialogue conversation.
- Speak with Merleg again for your reward.
