Encumbrance can apply to individual equipment slots or all equipment slots depending on the ability or pathos it was caused by.
This status is one of the pathos inflicted automatically upon entering Salvage and removed gradually by the use of various cells.
This status can also be temporarily inflicted by various TP moves used by certain notorious monsters, in which case it cannot be removed by any means other than waiting its full duration.
