Randomly transforms from a Etemmu that loosely patrols a C shape around the plateau at (F/G-7/8). Transformation happens during dark weather after it has been undisturbed for a period of time.
- This required undisturbed period of time seems to be 12 hours.
- Spawns an integer number of minutes after weather change.
- Does not despawn afterwards if weather changes.
Casts Ice-based spells as well as Bio II
