Jingle Baaas 2016 Guide

Walkthrough

• Speak with Chacharoon in any of the following areas:

Spare the Jingly Rod, spoil the Moogle.

• • West Ronfaure (I-6)
  • South Gustaberg (J-7)
  • West Sarutabaruta (J-8)
• You will receive a Jingly Rod.
• Equip the rod speak to Chacharoon, select Ask for Chacharoon's help to be turned into a Chacharoon yourself.
  • There is a 10 minute time limit to complete this event.
    • The timer starts when the round starts.
• You and any adventurers in the area will face off against the Moogle Godfather.
  • Preform various emotes based on the course of battle:
    • Please use /motion after your emotes as to reduce chat spam in the log.

Jingle Baaas Emotes
Emote	Notes
/toss motion	Defeats orbs, works from within 6'~10' distance. The Moogle Godfather will summon orbs to shield him from the onslaught of lambs floppishly wailing about. The attack executes when the you are actually throwing the invisible whatcha-ma-jigger and not the moment you use the emote. Tip: Try to time a toss by aiming three orbs ahead in the rotation. More on Orbs below
/stare motion	Scavenges up "Jingly" points. Scavenge after removing the orbs.
/psych motion	Replenishes your stamina bar. Each action you preform will deplete 1/10th of your stamina bar in the top left of your screen.
/joy motion	Using this will heal your HP. Uses 5 charges of stamina instead of 1.

Orbs

Orb Types
Emote	Notes
Normal Orbs	Defeating these with a /toss motion will grant you a regen effect, summons lambs to the fight, and potentially levels them up.
Trap Orbs	Grants no rewards and will cause the Moogle Godfather to use Flowerpot. Inflicts stun, bind, and plague (decays your stamina gauge) Avoidable by running 15' away. The ready time is long.
Core Orb	Removes all orbs and staggers the Moogle Godfather.

	300 Points	Doubles the effect of food traded during Monster Rearing.
	300 Points	Moogle Mount.
Ambuscade Primer Volume One	300 Points	Ambuscade entry key item.
Ambuscade Primer Volume Two	200 Points	Ambuscade entry key item.
Jingly Ticket	0 Points	Unlocked after rescuing 11 lambs. May only be used once per real life day similar to Gobbie Mystery Box. If you receive a rare item you already have you will be given the option to discard it. Note: This consumes your daily one time use regardless.
