Walkthrough
- Talk to Duberasson at H-11 in Western Adoulin (he is near the residential area, right next to Eternal Flame, the NPC who deals in Sparks).
- Talk to Nantoto at H-8 in Lower Jeuno. Choose the "Yellow Envelope".
- Fish up 1 gil.
- Windurst Waters with a Minnow works.
- Rabao with a Sabiki Rig also works.
