Peddlestox appears only on Lightningday in Yhoator Jungle at (E-8).
- She will ask you to bring her four items. They are all
and can be quite rare even with Treasure Hunter:
- Rancor Mantle UR from Tonberry Cutters in Temple of Uggalepih.
- Best area is allegedly map 2. Consider using the Geomagnetic Fount warp, recorded as a 0.2% drop rate.
- FFXIDB's reported drop rate for this is below SE's UR rate that they gave us in the Treasure Hunter table, so there is a chance that there is some gimmick, like it only drops from certain Tonberry Cutters.
- Rancor Globe VR from Tonberry Harriers in Temple of Uggalepih.
- Best area is allegedly map 1. Consider using the Survival Guide warp.
- Rancor Tank R from Tonberry Hexers in Yhoator Jungle.
- Rancor Handle G from Bisque-heeled Sunberry in Yhoator Jungle.
- This is a nearly guaranteed drop.
- Rancor Mantle UR from Tonberry Cutters in Temple of Uggalepih.
- When you bring the items back to Peddlestox, she will mark the location of your treasure on your map. The location is different every time.
- The ??? holding the treasure will only appear if you are very close to it (1-3 yalms).
- Trade a Pickaxe to the ??? to receive your rewards.
- When trading the four items to Peddlestox, if you receive the message "Whadda I look like here, a charity?" instead of the location on your map, you may have a this quest active, but incomplete in another region. Completing this quest in that region will allow you to progress in this region.
