Second Lieutenant
From FFXI Wiki
(Redirected from SL)
The ninth rank in Salaheem's Sentinels mercenary company. The rank is signified by the SL Wildcat Badge, featuring a scintillant Tuna on a gold badge.
Promotion Test: Promotion: Second Lieutenant
New Assault Missions available at this rank:
- Red Versus Blue
- Azure Ailments
- Operation: Black Pearl
- Wake the Puppet
- Desperately Seeking Cephalopods
Mission Summary:
These missions are designed to overwhelm the players with multiple enemies, though several can be manipulated to avoid such a situation. Red Versus Blue is particularly notable as the quickest and easiest source of Assault Points in the game. If done properly, it nets 1666AP for about 5 minutes of effort by a party of 3. Each Assault has an earring and belt, both with Salvage-related latent effects.
