White Mage Guide by Zero/Equipment

An appendage of the guide. Reffer back for more information. I recommend +1s if you can aford them, but in some cases is not always worthwhile.



Weapon

These all come in two flavors, one for curing (C) and the other for attacking (A).
Level 1: Maple Wand (C)
Level 5: Bronze Hammer (A)
Level 9: Willow Wand (C)
Level 18: Yew Wand (C)
Level 20: Warhammer (A)
Level 31: Maul (A)
Level 32: Chestnut Wand (C)
Level 38: Holy Maul (A)
Level 41: Blessed Hammer (C) (A)
Level 51: Light Staff (Cures, banish and Dia), Dark Staff (Healing) and Water Staff (Flash)(C)
Level 54: Arcana Breaker (A)
Level 65: Darksteel Maul (A)
Level 68: Seawolf Cudgel and Sea Robber Cudgel, best used together with a Ninja Support Job. (A)
Level 71: Templar Mace (C) This hammer is beautiful. It's +5 MND and the Curing boost of a Light Staff, but it's a club so you can wield this and a shield or even another club.
Level 71: Purgatory Mace (A)
Level 72: Morgenstern (A) Quick and has bonus critical hit rate. Break the latent before you actualy use this.
Level 73: Perdu Wand (A) Doesn't spike as hard as other weapons, but has really good DoT for a Club.
Level 75: Mjollnir (A) (Yeah, I know. It's unlikely, but I had to put it in there.)

Shield

Level 1: Lauan Shield
Level 8: Maple Shield
Level 13: Elm Shield
Level 20: Mahogany Shield
Level 29: Faerie Shield
Level 30: Tortoise Shield
Level 50: Holy Shield
Level 68: Astral Aspis (I don't really like the -5 to Aero Resistance because it makes you more suseptable to silence. 25MP is nice though.)
Level 69: Numinous Shield
Level 74: Genbu's Shield (Use only when tanking and soloing, not in parties.)

Head

Level 1: Circlet
Level 6: Traveler's Hat
Level 20: Silver Hairpin
Level 40: Electrum Hairpin
Level 50: Gold Hairpin
Level 54: Healer's Cap (It's supposed to be a hood, but I won't get into that.)
Level 72: Yigit Turban (Assault item, gives +1 HMP, four MND and enmity -5 which are all useful.)
Level 74: Zenith Crown or Healer's Cap +1
Level 75: Walahra Turban (Use with Regen and Haste to lower your recast timers.)

Neck

Level 7: Justice Badge
Level 26: Holy Phial
Level 40: Beak Necklace (Gives +1 HMP and 20 MP. Good piece.)
Level 48: Promise Badge (Great for Tarutaru, gives a small HP boost.)

Body

Level 1: RSE or Robe
Level 11: Doublet
Level 29: Seer's Tunic (Keep this item and program it into your rest macro.)
Level 40: Holy Breastplate
Level 58: Healer's Bliaut
Level 68: Noble's Tunic
Level 74: Cleric's Bliaut (Make a macro to swap between this and Noble's Tunic)

Hands

Level 1: RSE
Level 14: Battle Gloves
Level 25: Mycophile Cuffs (Yes, you will wear them untill 60.)
Level 60: Healer's Mitts
Level 70: Blessed Mitts (Macro in for things other than cures}

Back

Level 7: Cape
Level 18: Cotton Cape
Level 32: White Cape
Level 43: Red Cape
Level 55: Royal Army Mantle (Optional, mostly for soloing)
Level 71: Rainbow Cape

Waist

Level 1: Blood Stone (optional)
Level 14: Friar's Rope
Level 30: Mercenary Captain's Belt
Level 41: Reverend Sash
Level 50: RSE that gives MP and/or MND.
Level 70: Cleric's Belt (If you get this, it's pretty much your end all, be all belt, even for resting.)
Level 72: Hierarch Belt

Legs

Level 1: RSE
Level 20: Baron's Slops (This is the only time that +1 is necessary, you will keep this item throughout your career.)
Level 29: Seer's Slacks
Level 31: Hume, Mithra or Galka RSE
Level 56: Healer's Pantaloons
Level 70: Blessed Trousers
Level 72: Yigit Seraweels (Use in place of Barron's Slops)
Level 73: Cleric's Pantaloons (Use for Bar-element spells. It adds +20 to them and it's really nice, but otherwise stick to Blessed Trousers.)
Level 75: Cleric's Pantaloons +1 (Worth it.)

Feet

Level 1: RSE
Level 13: Light Soleas
Level 29: Seer's Pumps
Level 52: Healer's Duckbills
Level 70: Blessed Pumps

Ears

Level 10: Onyx Earring
Level 38: Geist Earring
Level 45: Astral Earring (Somewhat Expensive.)
Level 50: Antivenom Earring
Level 72: Knight's Earring for spells

Rings

Level 1: Ascetic's Ring
Level 10: Saintly Ring
Level 10: Astral Ring
Level 14: Tranquility Ring (optional if you already have Sainly Rings)
Level 30: Tamas Ring (Totaly awesome. Up to 30 MP and 5 MND. If you have it or want it, use it forever.) Level 36: Turquoise Ring
Level 40: Electrum Ring (Cheap.)
Level 40: Ether Ring (Not as cheap.)
Level 51: Serket Ring (Take it if you have it, don't waste too much money on it.)
Level 54: Aquamarine Ring
Level 72: Sapphire Ring

Ammo

Level 30: RSE
Level 35: Holy Ampulla
Level 70: Hedgehog Bomb (Expensive)
