Notes
- When turned into a Sanction NPC it grants the following:
- 1,000 Imperial Standing
- Decreases the defense rating of the stronghold it was taken from.
- Prior to the September 2011 Version Update, trading an Archaic Mirror to a Sanction NPC only rewarded 200 Imperial Standing.
