Notes
- Reduces Casting time and Spell Recast by a further 10% under Light Arts or Dark Arts.
- Stacks into the Scholar Job Ability term.
- Does not affect spells that are affected by Celerity/Alacrity/Accession/Manifestation
- Once augmented the Rem's Tale Ch.1 cost for reforging is reduced from x10 to x5.
- Enhances Altruism and Focalization by increasing the odds that a weather-related Magic Accuracy bonus will activate by 15% per merit level.
- This is similar to wearing an Obi with weather, and does not stack with it.
