Category:Multi-Attack

From FFXI Wiki

Certain sets of effects, Job Traits, and statistics on gear grant the player addition chances of attacking each round. Each of these effects offer a varying number of extra attacks, as well as are ordered in tiers of priority for their proc check.

Each potential proc is checked in sequentially descending order, with the maximum number of attacks per round, from Dual Wielding and multi-attack, are limited to 8 hits.
Once a higher order multi-attack proc triggers, that weapon will not be allowed to have a lower order check. This is why the low order Mythic Aftermath's chance to triple attack is "overwritten" when a Double Attack proc happens; hence why "Double Attack" "interferes" with Mythic Weapons' Aftermath.

Many forms of Multi-Attack do not proc on Weapon Skills; those that do are denoted below.
