General Notes Does not cast spells. Exclusively uses Spinning Attack. Lottery spawn from the Fallen Mage and Fallen Major on the 3rd map of Garlaige Citadel at (J-8) Outside of the Strange Apparatus room. The placeholder can spawn as either a Mage or Major. Respawn window originally reopened after 90 minutes, but was eliminated in the November 2013 update. Hotpot is now a true lottery, there is no minimum respawn time. PH has a respawn time of 5 minutes. The placeholder mob has a delay in respawn after the NM is defeated of 15 minutes or less.
