Lottery spawn from the Fallen Mage and Fallen Major on the 3rd map of Garlaige Citadel at (J-8) Outside of the Strange Apparatus room. The placeholder can spawn as either a Mage or Major.
Using the Targetinfo addon, placeholder mob ID# is 0D2 & 0D0 and only 1 can be up at a time.
True lottery pop, there is no minimum respawn time.

The placeholder mob has a delay in respawn after the NM is defeated of 15 minutes or less.
As long as the placeholder is up, the NM's spawn window is open.
PH has a respawn time of 5 minutes.

Trial of the Magians: Required objective for the following trials:
- Trial 7 - 4 kills
- Trial 517 - 4 kills
- Trial 896 - 4 kills
