- Speak to one of the Moogles at the following places: Southern San d'Oria (I-8), Bastok Markets (F-8), or Windurst Waters (north side) (F-9) to obtain Dinner Jacket and Dinner Hose.
- Equip both the Dinner Jacket and Dinner Hose and speak to the Moogle again.
- Speak to the following NPCs while wearing Dinner Jacket and Dinner Hose.
- Halver in Chateau d'Oraguille (I-9) to receive the key item Letter from Halver. Speak to Halver again.
- Naji in Metalworks (J-8) to receive the key item Letter from Naji. Speak to Naji again.
- Zubaba in Heavens Tower to receive the key item Letter from Zubaba. Speak to Zubaba again.
- You may now receive the Letter from Zubaba by trading Rolanberries to Kupipi.
- Maat in Ru'Lude Gardens (H-5) to receive the key item Letter from Maat. You can only get the key item after speaking to Halver twice.
- Despachiaire in Tavnazian Safehold (K-10) to receive the key item Letter from Despachiaire. You can only get the key item after speaking to Naji twice.
- Jakoh Wahcondalo in Kazham (J-9) to receive the key item Letter from Jakoh Wahcondalo. You can only get the key item after speaking to Zubaba twice.
- You do not have to get the key items in this order, but the key items from the non-starter cities can only be obtained after speaking to the appropriate NPC twice.
- Speak to one of the Moogles that give the Dinner gear with all 6 key items to receive your Moggiebag.
Notes
- Enchantment gives between 100 to 10,000 gil.
- It is equipped in the ammo slot, and used like a consumable similar to an equipped ring.
