Notes
- Adds another chance to obtain a skill up from a fish.
- You must be able to normally gain a skill up.
- You can wear and use two rings to get a total chance of three skill-ups.
- Obtained from being in the top 20 in the Fish Ranking competition by Chenon in Selbina.
- The enchantment effect will wear off upon zoning, logging out, or unequipping the ring.
- This ring used to have 20 charges that lasted 20 hours. It was changed to what it is now to avoid potentially wasted time.
