At lower HP: Can also cast Meteor Resistant, but not immune, to Pining Nocturne and Addle. Uses the following TP moves and frequently uses two or more in a row: Crystal Weapon: Single target magic damage Crystal Rain: AoE physical damage Heavy Strike: Single target physical damage & Slow <50% HP: Volcanic Wrath (unique): AoE damage, Max HP Down, Burn Blink tanks and/or turtling are highly recommended, his TP moves can easily 1-shot melees. Heavy Strike can deal 2.5k+ damage to an un-counterstanced monk. Defeating Surtr yields the title Surtr Smotherer.
