• Reduces Casting time and Spell Recast by a further 13% under Light Arts or Dark Arts.
  • Stacks into the Scholar Job Ability term.
    • Clarification: The maximum recast reduction allowed using Light Arts and Grimoire reduction gear is 90% (80% is possible under normal Fast Cast). This effectively allows it to break the 80% cast speed cap, allowing casts to complete at a new maximum of 90% cast time reduction with all Grimoire reduction gear available.
  • Does not affect spells that are affected by Celerity/Alacrity/Accession/Manifestation
• Adds "Enh. 'Altruism' and 'Focalization'"
  • Enhances Altruism and Focalization by increasing the odds that a weather-related Magic Accuracy bonus will activate by 15% per merit level.
