These weapon skills have their fTP replicated across all hits, which means that Elemental Gorgets and Elemental Belts are more useful than for most other items in that slot for these weapon skills. Furthermore, any multiattack procs will greatly increase their damage due to this replication as well.
Blood Pacts
As of the November 2016 Update[1], certain Blood Pact: Rages were made to transfer their ƒTP to each hit. While Elemental Gorgets and Elemental Belts do not affect their damage, Multiattack procs will increase their damage, the same as it does for the above Weapon Skills.
