Notes

- Equation: Starting Potency = 12 + floor( Dark Magic Skill ÷ 20 )×3 - floor( Dark Magic Skill ÷ 40 )
- The Additional Effect potency decays by 1 damage per hit until the effect wears off.
- Also grants an attack bonus equal to the current Additional Effect potency.
- Job Points put into enhancing this effect also grants an accuracy bonus equal to the level of the effect (1~20)
