After getting your first ring by completing Promathia Mission 8-4: Dawn, you'll be able to purchase the other two rings from Cumetouflaix with Ancient Beastcoin. Unlike retail, you do not drop your ring to get another one, you simply buy the other two.
If you happened to buy the other rings before completing mission 8-4 (it is not possible anymore, but it used to be), then open a ticket on #gm-support on Discord.
