Grand Trials

  • Cassie (F-10) in Tavnazian Safehold (near the AH) offers Grand Trials to upgrade your existing equipment with augments.
  • This quest is available for all character types and there is no cooldown.
  • Players may only undertake one trial at a time. Trials may be canceled by speaking to Cassie.
  • Players are assigned a list of enemies to defeat and messages track their objectives.
  • Trials must be completed in steps, and will advance automatically.
  • Some new encounters will require items to spawn and may be level capped.
  • HQ versions of crafted items can be traded to Cassie alongside an augmented normal quality version, transferring these augments to the HQ version.
    • The current trial must first be completed
    • The NQ version will be consumed.
  • Players may complete Grand Trials on any job.
  • Augmented items can be stored at the Squire Guard in Ru'Lude Gardens (I-10).
